Return Policy

(a) Returns

If any item you purchased fails to meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can return it and receive a refund. Please attach photos of the item you received to your email to our customer service team so we can process your return request. This will help us improve our service and process your return request as quickly as possible.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

- The returned item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging and labels.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are refundable for returns due to quality issues. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their minds and return the item without giving a reason, and Mould King must issue a refund. You can contact us at service@darn_visits16@icloud.com to request a return. Upon receiving the returned item, Mould King will refund the amount to the customer's account. Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.

(b) Damaged Goods

Any item arriving damaged can be returned to moldking.shop/mouldking.shop.com for a full refund. Please note that damage limited to the outer packaging, with the item itself intact, is not considered product damage.

(d) Refund

We will process your refund after receiving your returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying your return. Please check your account.

As we typically process refund requests twice a week, your refund request may experience slight delays. If you have any questions, please contact us: service@darn_visits16@icloud.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.

(e) Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the goods ship:

(1) If the goods have not yet shipped, you can receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

(2) If the goods have shipped more than 24 hours ago, you will only receive a partial refund.
